Kevin Vitali lives in the area with his wife Lisa and his two sons. In 2001 Kevin successfully sold a bakery/deli that he created and operated with his wife Lisa. Prior to owning the cafe, Kevin spent the prior 12 years in the photography / advertising industry. His experience in both fields, brings a strong sense of customer service and superb marketing skills to the table.

Kevin joined Exit Group One Real Estate and Broker One Mortgage in the spring of 2002. He became a multi-million dollar producer his first year in business and has continually been the top producing agent in his office. Kevin has continually sought out education in his field and has become one of the most technologically savvy realtors in the area. He has spoken regionally, on the topic of "Real Estate Technology and the Internet" as well as consult with other real estate offices in the use of technology and the internet. In December of 2004 Kevin was named the Director of Residential Real Estate for EXIT Group One. He is responsible for about 30 agents between two offices. In the beginning of 2006 Kevin became partners in an EXIT office in Tewksbury. 

In 2007 Kevin obtained his auctioneers license and has offer auctions as a unique and differetn way to sell a home in this challenging real estate market

In addition to being a licensed realtor, Kevin has attained his ePRO designation, which attests to an agents superior understanding and use of technology. Kevin has also earned his Certified Buyers Agent designation. He will continue to stay on the cutting edge of the real estate industry to bring his clientsthe tools and knowledge they need.
