This Guaruntee is based on the following:

We come to a mutually agreeable sales price based on the comparable sales

The word SOLD is defined as a negotiated purchase agreement.

Your home is SOLD within 87 days of the list date.

The term of this listing is six months.

If your home is not sold within 87 days your commission will be reduced by 1% at the closing.

You will allow all of the marketing items to take place in the Marketing Plan.

You will allow easy access to your property for all Realtors with proper notice.
