I thought it was important for sellers to realize that photographs are the frontline of marketing of your home. It is what consumers see online to decide wether they would like a personal showing of your house or not. I personally have thousand of dollars invested in equipment to photograph my clients home. I feel the online presentation one of the major keys to getting your home sold in this market.
