Home Buyer Tax Credit Extended- Don't Miss Out

The home buyer tax credit has been recently extended to April 30th, 2010. A purchase and sale must be signed by this date and completed by June 30, 2010. Some new provisions have been added: repeat buyers can receive a tax credit of $6500 and income limits

Buyer Activity on the Rise- What does the Boston Globe Have to Say?

Sentiment among real estate practicioners is the market is picking up. I have seen increased buyer activity since the begining of the year and have put quite a few lower end properties under agreement. The market will build itself from the bottom up.
