Possible Hidden Jewel in Lawrence MA

I have not seen this home except in the Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service. It might just be worth a look. Could this be a hidden Jewel? Located in South Lawrence Built in 1998- should not need any work 5 rooms, 3 bedroom, 1/1 baths 2008 Tax Assesment
