Just closed on a parcel of land at 364 Lowell Street in Reading MA 01867.  The parcel of land consisted of 2.4 acres with an existing structure from the 1930′s.  The purchase price was $550,000.  Because of the acreage the properties highest and best use was marketing the parcel as a subdividable lot.  The final lot will most likely be subdivided into 4 lots including the existing structure.  The land will have a small road put in between 300-400 feet to accommodate the new lots.
